As we are heading into the New Year I thought I would start doing a monthly post about new beauty products that I try. I feel there is endless goodness out there and I am trying new stuff all the time.

Here are 5 new products that I tried for the whole month of December.

Like a lot of you I’m sure you have a variety of different masks for a variety of different needs.

If I am feeling my face is super dry then I grab my Glossier Moisturizing Moon Mask. If my skin is feeling dull I turn to my Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask. In a matter of minutes I have an instant glow and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean.

All Tata Harpers products are Non-toxic and 100% Natural.

2016 was the year of oils. I feel like I’ve tried so many and a few have stuck with me. One of them is the PAI Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil. Its a perfect oil for overnight. I use this oil 2 or 3 times a week after I have washed my face and before I put on my Context Night Cream when I wake up my skin is so hydrated and glowing.

Among other things, Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil can be used to improve: dry patches, flakey patches, blemishes, dull skin tone, fine lines, scars, and sun damage.

Korres feels like one of those French drugstore finds to me. I came across this lip butter from a friend and had to have for myself. I keep it on my shelf of beauty products in the bathroom as its my morning go-to for lip.

It feels like lotion for your lips. It has a bouncy yet creamy texture to it that has becoming addicting to apply. I recently found out that it comes in colors as well and that is next on my list to try!

Becoming a bronzer user didn’t happen until I became pregnant. If you have read My Pregnancy Beauty Regime you know that I steered clear of the sun during my whole pregnancy in hopes of not getting Melasma which causes brown spots due to hormonal changes and sun exposure.

I turned to bronzer to give the appearance of sunkissed. I tried Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Bronzing Veil Tropical Days cause the gradient palette was just the right amount of color and shine for me. I didn’t want anything too heavy. KA felt natural and stayed on all day.

I first heard of dry brushing in my Kundalini yoga class years old. I went out after class and searched high and low for the perfect “dry brushing brush” most people had never heard of it and I ended up getting a random bath brush which I think was intended to wash your back. I kept it up for a while but I then after moving I thru out the brush and the routine of dry brushing.

I finally started again after MIO came out with the Body Brush. It was a perfect size that fit in my hand and was made for dry/wet brushing. No more back brush.

If you haven’t heard of dry brushing here is a little bit about it. Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump to flush lymph fluid around your body. It relies on your body’s movement to keep it flowing. That’s what dry brushing is so great, it helps that fluid flowing around your body. It helps exfoliate, stimulate circulation, and reduce cellulite. It also feels really invigorating.
